Applied Systems and Applied Client Network today commenced the annual Applied Net Conference, the largest independent insurance agency and brokerage technology conference in the world, at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, NV. This year’s conference theme, The Digital Future of Insurance, focuses on opportunities for growth and enhanced profitability for agencies, brokerages and insurers in today’s digitally driven economy.

“The digital future of insurance will be shaped by technology advancements that drive efficiencies and a more connected client experience to further enhance an agency or brokerage’s value as a trusted advisor,” said Reid French, chief executive officer, Applied Systems. “This week’s Applied Net will serve as a forum for exchange of business strategies and practices among peers, delivering new insights and ideas on how digital technology can drive future growth and profitability.”

Applied Net will present remarkable keynote speakers, providing unique perspectives and strategies on leadership, business and customer experience.

  • French will begin the conference with his keynote focused on what defines the digital agent of the future and how agencies and brokerages can harness digital transformation to their benefit.
  • Michael Howe, senior vice president of Product Management for Applied Systems, will announce new product enhancements and discuss the latest developments to Applied’s product portfolio during his keynote.
  • Kris Hackney, executive vice president of Customer Experience for Applied Systems, will detail the company’s enhanced investments in customer experience for the benefit of Applied’s agencies and brokerages.
