One of the nation’s top direct mail and printing service companies is highlighting one of its specialty services for nonprofit organizations during National Small Business Week.
Pasadena, CA (PRWEB) May 06, 2016
Every year since 1963, the President of the United States has issued a proclamation announcing National Small Business Week, which recognizes the critical contributions of America’s entrepreneurs and small business owners, which is why representatives with iti Direct Mail announced today that it is highlighting its services for nonprofit organizations.
“Small businesses are a big part of our economy, and being a small business ourself we’re really excited about the opportunity to serve nonprofit organizations,” said Alan Barseghian, marketing director of iti Direct Mail, whose specialty product is printing mail merged letters with personalized appearing envelopes that do not look like junk mail. “We’re joining in the celebration of recognizing small businesses across the nation. With that said, we realize that for most non profit organizations, cost and advertising funds can be an issue, but with the services we’ve custom tailored for nonprofits and the fact that we already have some of the best prices anywhere, we believe that we’re a perfect fit for nonprofit organizations.”
National Small Business Week is celebrated May 1-7. More than half of Americans either own or work for a small business, and they create about two out of every three new jobs in the U.S. each year. As part of National Small Business Week, the U.S. Small Business Administration is also highlighting the impact of outstanding entrepreneurs, small business owners, and others from all 50 states and U.S. territories.
“Every day, small businesses across the nation are working to grow small businesses, creating more jobs, driving innovation, and increasing America’s global competitiveness,” Barseghian said. “It has been a true honor to serve the customers we’ve been blessed to serve all of these years.”
There is a bit of good news for all small businesses as 2016 is emerging as a promising year for small businesses, with more than 70 percent of those surveyed meeting or exceeding their first quarter revenue targets. This positive news follows on the heels of a solid 2015 where the majority of those surveyed achieved higher year-over-year revenue, indicating that small businesses are building momentum. This insight, along with perspectives on hiring, marketing, and training, comes from a new small business survey from Constant Contact.
Barseghian explained that iti Direct Mail’s team of direct mail marketing specialists work with nonprofit organizations developing direct mail solutions to overcome their direct mail challenges. We help create effective mail pieces and mailing techniques that can help to maintain a nonprofit organization's ongoing outreach to prospective new donors and existing partners.
“A well maintained direct mail campaign is what any nonprofit organization needs in order to create awareness about an organization's mission,” Barseghian pointed out, before adding, “Direct mail is an effective way to get information out to prospective donors about upcoming fundraising events or to extend opportunities to get involved with specific causes, and to keep existing partners well informed.”
