Morgan & Morgan is proud to welcome attorneys Cory S. Simmons and Christian Savio to the Business Trial Group, the firm’s contingency-fee complex litigation practice.

Mr. Simmons, a former prosecutor, joins the Business Trial Group’s Jacksonville office with extensive experience handling complex commercial claims, contract disputes, construction defects, and real estate litigation.

Having tried both civil and criminal cases, Mr. Simmons has dedicated his career to protecting victims’ rights and helping them restore their financial security.

The Florida native is admitted to practice in all Florida state and federal courts, and is also a member of the Georgia Bar.

Trial attorney Christian Savio, who joins the firm’s Broward office, specializes in complex litigation, including bankruptcy adversary litigation, contract disputes, and real estate litigation.

Mr. Savio earned Florida Super Lawyers magazine’s “Rising Star” distinction in 2015 and 2016. He has represented clients in both state and federal courts, and has particular expertise assisting bankruptcy clients in contested matters and adversary proceedings.

In addition to serving on the Board of Directors for the Broward County Hispanic Bar Association, Mr. Savio has authored numerous articles in the Broward County Bar Association Barrister.

Office Expansion in West Palm Beach

The Business Trial Group has expanded significantly since its inception in 2009. On June 1, 2016, it opened a new office in West Palm Beach, Florida. The 3,766 square foot space is located on the penthouse floor of the Northbridge Centre Building on Flagler Drive.

Firm partner William Lewis addressed the move, stating that “we are excited about our expansion in West Palm Beach, where our new office will allow us to continue to grow and service our clients in the local business community.”
