In fact, it was extremely inefficient considering that they have over 400 branches to manage.
After MortgageFlex was notified and researched the problem, a new product emerged – the LoanQuest Origination Branch Portal. They determined that with some minimal changes to an existing product and a simple, easy user interface created, the customer’s problems would be solved. The customer feedback was so positive that MortgageFlex decided to make the offering public.
LoanQuest’s Origination Branch Portal lets anyone at any location input leads, take loan applications and check status, eliminating the need for handwritten notes and phone calls to loan officers. The Branch portal is seamlessly integrated with the LoanQuest loan origination system and provides users with real-time data, eliminating confusion, and guaranteeing the right information at the right time.
The simplified user interface allows any designated branch personnel to start a loan application, assign a loan officer, and get the ball rolling for borrowers, with minimal staff training.
