The old adage, “Necessity is the mother of invention” proves true in a new product offering from MortgageFlex – the LoanQuest Origination Branch Portal. Created from a customer request and just released, it’s already showing valuable mortgage loan handling process improvements.

Jacksonville, Florida (PRWEB) October 22, 2015

MortgageFlex Systems, an established provider of loan origination and servicing technology, announced today that it has released the LoanQuest Origination Branch Portal for mortgage lending.

MortgageFlex believes in listening to their clients’ needs and finding solutions that provide long-term benefits. Many times that can result in product enhancements, customer process improvements, and in this case - a new product offering.

The systems provider was contacted recently by a top New England bank who is a long-time customer about satisfying their consumer’s mortgage needs. They had found that the existing process of branch employees taking mortgage loan information from customers, inputting it in a notes system, and then having a loan officer call them back, no longer worked very well. In fact, it was extremely inefficient considering that they have over 400 branches to manage.

After MortgageFlex was notified and researched the problem, a new product emerged – the LoanQuest Origination Branch Portal. They determined that with some minimal changes to an existing product and a simple, easy user interface created, the customer’s problems would be solved. The customer feedback was so positive that MortgageFlex decided to make the offering public.

LoanQuest’s Origination Branch Portal lets anyone at any location input leads, take loan applications and check status, eliminating the need for handwritten notes and phone calls to loan officers. The Branch portal is seamlessly integrated with the LoanQuest loan origination system and provides users with real-time data, eliminating confusion, and guaranteeing the right information at the right time.

The simplified user interface allows any designated branch personnel to start a loan application, assign a loan officer, and get the ball rolling for borrowers, with minimal staff training.

“Our customers pride themselves on providing excellent customer service and need a system that can keep up with today’s lending demands. When our lender wanted a simple tool that everyone in all of their 400 branches could use, we were quick to meet that need,” said Craig Bechtle, chief operating officer, MortgageFlex Systems. “They have seen immediate results in customer satisfaction and process efficiencies and we are happy that we could help.”
