Nashville, Tenn. (PRWEB) October 12, 2015
Keith Stafford, owner and founder of Nashville Fit Body Boot Camp, will host a special celebration to mark the one-year anniversary of his facility. The event will take place on October 24, 2015 from 9:30 am – 12:00 pm at 3656 Trousdale Drive #107 Nashville, Tenn. There will be a prize drawing, a sample boot camp session, and a fundraiser for Susan G. Komen.
Fit Body Boot Camp is the world’s fastest growing and most popular indoor boot camp franchise with hundreds of locations worldwide. The unique fitness brand combines individualized training from certified personal trainers, specially created Afterburn workouts, and personalized nutritional guidance to help clients lose weight, gain muscle, and burn excess body fat.
“The last year has been one of exploding growth,” said Stafford, “I can't wait to share what Nashville Fit Body Boot Camp has to offer the community with its metabolism blasting boot camps that help people get fit, lean, tight and toned. Nashville is an extremely busy and transient community. These are both challenges for people that are trying to stay in shape. Our boot camps have allowed hundreds of people to lose thousands of pounds in the last year.”
Attendees will have the opportunity to try out a full boot camp session at the event, so Stafford suggests coming prepared with proper shoes and gym clothes. The prize drawing will offer $6,000 worth of prizes, including free memberships at Nashville Fit Body Boot Camp.
“I was in the medical field while in the military,” said Stafford, “After the military I wanted to change industries, but wanted to stay in a profession that helps people improve their quality of life. A fitness professional has the potential to get in front of disease processes like diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.”
In addition to fighting these health concerns, Stafford also wants to take this opportunity to raise awareness for breast cancer research. Thus, he will conclude his anniversary celebration with a fundraiser for Susan G. Komen.
