Four Veterans receive housing through aid by Wells Fargo and REACH.
(PRWEB) October 10, 2015
Real Estate Education And Community Housing Inc. (REACH), based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, in partnership with Wells Fargo is pleased to announce the permanent housing of 3 Veteran Buyers in Palm Beach County. REACH, along with the financial aid from Wells Fargo was privileged to house a disabled Veteran in Riveria Beach and both a female and male Veteran in Pahokee.
All three individuals received housing at below market pricing, with dollar assistance from REACH. In addition, REACH was able to provide below market rental housing to a Veteran's widow receiving VA benefits. All Buyers and the Tenant are low income residences of Palm Beach County.
Without the financial assistance of Wells Fargo this Veteran housing would not have been available.
REACH has the mission "to inspire and motivate the low to moderate income members of our community to take the steps necessary to reach for, achieve and maintain the American Dream of home ownership through education, counseling, and grant assistance."
In each case, REACH was able to provide the actual housing to these deserving veterans. REACH offers first time homebuyer classes and recently completed a 4 hour event with Wells Fargo that included all elements of home ownership. This was held at Airport Holiday Inn in West Palm Beach on 9/19/2015.
First time homebuyers and Veterans with educational or housing needs may contact REACH at 855 48 REACH, or respond on our webpage at: Reach4housing.org.
