The acquisition expands Tunstall’s leadership role in consolidating the fragmented medical alert market by acquiring and partnering with highly regarded regional providers of connected healthcare monitoring services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. This acquisition represents Tunstall Americas’ twelfth competitive service conversion since late 2014.
