With a primary focus of end-to-end revenue cycle management, Clark comes from a successful career as the Director of Patient Financial Services at Spectrum Health. While at Spectrum Health, Clark helped Spectrum achieve the HFMA MAP Award for Revenue Cycle Quality. With a degree in Management and Organizational Development from Spring Arbor University, Clark brings the real world knowledge and experience that is missing within the outsourcing environment.
