New CFO Focuses on Growth, Strategic Planning and Acquisition Integration for Channel Marketing Automation Leader

Zift Solutions, the leading provider of channel marketing automation solutions, today announced that Nicole Wicker, a seasoned financial executive, has joined the company’s executive leadership team as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Wicker brings more than 25 years of finance and business leadership experience to her role as head of finance and HR for the emerging growth software as a service (SaaS) company, which delivers the dominant Channel Marketing and Management (CMM) platform designed to help organizations integrate channel marketing and sales into their marketing portfolio to increase revenues and maximize channel marketing and sales productivity.

Wicker’s experience ranges from small start-up companies to public SEC companies and she has demonstrated expertise in defining a company’s overall business strategy, advising CEOs, financing companies through a variety of funding vehicles, recruiting and rapidly growing companies from start-up phase to emerging growth/mid-market stages.
Directly prior to joining Zift, Wicker was the CFO of TearScience, the fastest growing privately-held company in North Carolina from 2011 to 2013. During her tenure at TearScience, she closed more than $130 million in debt and equity financing and was named 2013 CFO of the Year by the Triangle Business Journal. Wicker’s successful career history also includes serving as Interim CFO for Motricity, Controller for SmartPath, Senior Manager for Ernst & Young (EY) as well as contract CFO for a number of companies.
