The new Elmont Memorial Library is double in size and offers double the amenities, including a theater.
With two locations, the Massapequa Public Library not only offers full automated service with its online public access catalog, providing patrons with listings of materials not only in Massapequa but in all of Nassau, but there's a mobile unit.
As a service to community, the Syosset Public Library sponsors a babysitting workshop, as well as a babysitting registry at the reference desk.
