A decision on the fate of the Paramount Center for the Arts will have to wait a bit longer, as Peekskill officials continue to review three lease, operation and management proposals for the theater, which suspended operations Oct. 4.

Peter Shapiro, who has supervised renovations and subsequent concerts at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, has purchased the building he'd been leasing from Marvin Ravikoff for $11.5 million.
