Calvin Presinal, 28, arrested in connection with 2 University Heights sexual assaults

Police say the suspect attacked two women about 30 minutes apart last Friday.

UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS - Police have made an arrest in connection to two alleged sexual assaults that happened within minutes of each other in University Heights.

Police say Calvin Presinal, 28, attacked an 18-year-old woman in the early afternoon on Aug. 30 on Sedgwick and Bailey avenues. He allegedly strangled her and pinned her to the ground, then smelled her feet.

Twenty minutes later, he allegedly strangled another woman on Park View Terrace. Police say he tried to remove her pants, but ran off when she resisted.

Presinal has been charged with rape, assault and strangulation.
