Kenneth and Daphne Wood spent about $30,000 a couple of years ago to create an all-marble master bathroom. "At the time, we wanted to be able to enjoy it," Kenneth says. "But at the same time we knew we'd be selling the house." Their Westbury home is on the market for $569,000. It is listed with Audrey Williams of Century 21 Laffey.
