Stan and Jennifer Morabito want to move to a waterfront place so they have their Miller Place home on the market. The house has been renovated in the seven years the family has been in it. The renovations include a master bath for about $25,000. The bath has a Jacuzzi, granite-topped vanity, tumbled marble floors and walls, a shower separate from the tub and "a little heater in the vanity that warms up your feet," Jennifer Morabito says. The house is priced between $499,000 and $529,000. It is listed with Josephine Lauinger of Coach Realtors in Port Jefferson. Lauinger is co-lsiting with Linda Stowell.
