Suffolk County Vanderbilt Museum: Among its many attractions, this museum houses two important classic cars. One is a 1909 Reo Gentleman’s Roadster donated in 1959 and restored several years ago. A Mercedes topped rare Lamborghinis, classic Ferraris and Porsches, and even a 103-year-old working Buick on Long Island today. The 1957 300SL with gullwing doors was named Best in Show at the ninth annual Concours D'Elegance held Oct. 20, 2013 at the Americana Manhasset mall.
