According to sources at Automobile, Ford may be real close to sending the Mercury brand peeling off into oblivion. The question could be asked, "Is this a good decision?" I don't think anyone cares.

They've got only two models (Milan and Mountaineer). They've got nothing based off the Mustang. Their grills are ugly. And I'm sure their spokesperson (Jill Wagner) is probably way too stuck-up in person (Ok that may be a little unfair, but then again, who cares). Their cars are boring and they smell.

My favorite Mercury? It would have to be the Bobcat 302. Not an actual car? Well, there you go. So long, Mercury.
