Top selling cars in 2012
Automakers reported U.S. new car and truck sales Jan. 3, 2013 for all of 2012. These were the top sellers in 2012, and the percentage sales rose or fell from 2011. Not surprisingly, four models on the list also appeared on a recent global list of the best-selling cars of all time.
