BOARDS & ASSOCIATIONS

Yolanda Hall-Miller has joined the executive board of the Long Island Men's Center, an Amityville-based organization that helps men access health and human services, education, and social, cultural and economic resources. The Bay Shore resident is a social worker at Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow.

Keith Gutstein has been elected to the board of directors of the Holocaust Memorial and Tolerance Center of Nassau County. The Hewlett resident is a partner at the law firm Kaufman Dolowich Voluck & Gonzo in Woodbury.

FINANCE

M & T Bank in Melville has announced two new hires.

Michael McCarthy joins as vice president and senior relationship manager for commercial real estate on Long Island. The Garden City resident previously was director in the real estate, gaming and leisure group at The Bank of Nova Scotia in Manhattan.

Eduardo Sanchez joins as an associate relationship manager. He previously was a senior associate at BNP Paribas in Manhattan and lives in Queens.
