The Manhattan resident previously was director of the coronary care unit at The Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan, and assistant professor of medicine in the division of cardiology within the department of medicine at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine.

E. Ramone Segree has been appointed vice president of development at Winthrop-University Hospital in Mineola. The Manhattan resident previously served as vice president for institutional advancement and foundation executive director of LaGuardia Community College and Foundation in Long Island City.

Robert Peter Anderson joins the Greenport office as a licensed real estate sales agent. The Greenport resident was previously a senior director at Microsoft Corp. in Redmond, Wash.
