J.P. Morgan Private Banking has hired two senior executives for its Melville office.

Richard DeVerna joins as senior banker. The Garden City resident previously served as head of high-net-worth risk management at Bank of America Global Wealth and Investment Management in Manhattan.

Nicholas Frangas joins as senior investor. Frangas was most recently director of closed end fund sales at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in Manhattan and lives in Syosset.

Pamela Kiperman will work in the Roslyn office. Kiperman previously worked as an agent at Coldwell Banker Clair Sobel in Roslyn Heights and lives in Roslyn.

Elena Mingione, of St. James, was previously a human resources director at Deloitte in Manhattan and will join the St. James office.

Judith Reimels, of Locust Valley, will work in the East Norwich office and was previously an agent at Coach Realtors in East Norwich.
