Kyle Walsh has joined Walsh Messenger Service in Garden City Park as general manager and technical support. The Garden City resident is a graduate of Hofstra University in Hempstead.

LAW

Garden City law firm Kirschenbaum & Kirschenbaum has announced a new hire and a promotion at the firm. Ruth Kraft, of Great Neck, joins as of counsel in the employment and labor law group. She recently served as administrative law judge in the state Department of Labor. Eileen Wagda, of Levittown, has been promoted to contract administrator. She previously served as a legal secretary at the firm.

Paul J. Kilminster has joined Goldberg Segalla in Garden City as associate in the law firm's workers' compensation and labor and employment practice groups. The Brooklyn resident previously served as an associate at Fusco, Brandenstein & Rada in Woodbury.

JVC Broadcasting, a radio and event marketing company based in Ronkonkoma, as senior account executive. The Eastport resident was previously an account manager at WLNY-TV in Melville.

The Manhattan resident is a recent graduate of Hofstra University in Hempstead. Peter Ottaviano has been promoted to associate account executive. The Cold Spring Harbor resident previously served as an assistant account executive.
