Hylan B. Fenster has joined Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman in East Meadow as an associate in the corporate/securities practice group. He concentrates in all areas of corporate law and transactional matters. The Jericho resident previously worked as an associate at Epstein Becker & Green in Manhattan.
