Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage welcomes four new agents to its team.

Kenny Chan joins as a licensed sales agent. The Centereach resident will work out of the Setauket office and was previously a business teacher at Longwood High School in Middle Island.

Rosemarie Costa joins as a sales associate broker. The Calverton resident will work out of the Mount Sinai office and previously held a similar position at Coach Realtors in Mount Sinai.

Maureen Gross joins as a licensed sales agent. The Floral Park resident will work out of the Manhasset office and previously worked as an executive assistant at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset.

Lisa Harrop joins as a licensed sales agent and will work out of the Setauket office. The Lake Grove resident previously served as a quality assurance director at Melville employment firm Ringo.

David Cartwright joined Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty in East Norwich as a licensed salesperson agent. The Farmingdale resident previously was an energy trader with Cart Commodities Inc., in Farmingdale.

ACCOUNTING

Kenneth Hauptman has merged his Jericho-based private accounting firm with Wild, Maney & Resnick in Woodbury. The Old Bethpage resident will serve as partner at the new firm.

LAW

Pierre Bazile has joined the Law Offices of Alan J. Schwartz in Garden City as an associate. The Huntington resident and former New York City police officer most recently was an attorney with a private practice in Huntington Station.

Kerry A. Flynn joins Uniondale law firm Rivkin Radler as an associate in the firm's insurance coverage and litigation practice group. The Rockville Centre resident previously served as a legal adviser at Alchemy Innovation Group Inc., in Manhattan.

Michael Blass has been elected chairman of the board at National Executive Services Corps, a company that provides consulting services to the nonprofit community in the tri-state region. The Old Brookville resident is managing partner of Arent Fox's Manhattan office.
