The Association of Professional Volunteer Administrators announced the election of three new board members.

Donna Buccellato has been elected president. The East Meadow resident is the director of activities, transportation and volunteers at Dominican Village in Amityville.

Margaret King, of Huntington Station, is the internship and outreach coordinator at the College at Old Westbury.

Judy Wirkula, of Babylon, is the volunteer liaison of the long-term-care ombudsman program of the Family Service League in Huntington.

The Association of Professional Volunteer Administrators promotes professionalism and leadership in the field of volunteer administration on Long Island.

ENGINEERING

George Rupp has joined VHB in Hauppauge as senior project manager. The Northport resident was previously director of environmental planning at The Louis Berger Group Inc., in Morristown, N.J.
