Lisa M. Petrocelli has been named the executive director and managing attorney of the Hofstra Law Access to Justice Incubator in Hempstead. The Great Neck resident previously served as a principal law clerk in the Nassau County Supreme Court in Mineola. Hofstra Law Access to Justice Incubator is a nonprofit affiliated with Hofstra University that provides certain civil legal services at reduced costs to eligible Nassau County residents.
Carl Andrew Irace has joined BaintonLynch as partner. He will head the criminal defense practice and municipal and land use practices and will share his time working in the East Hampton, Uniondale and Manhattan offices. The East Hampton resident was in private practice, also in East Hampton.
