O'Reilly-Einemann joins the Garden City office as a licensed real estate sales agent. The Lynbrook resident previously held a similar position at Ed McNulty Realty in Rockville Centre.     Hope Kramer has joined The Retreat, in East Hampton, as director of philanthropy. The East Hampton resident previously served as chief executive at the Jewish Federation of Greater Orlando, in Florida. The Retreat is an organization dedicated to providing domestic violence services for women and children.

    Christopher Frey has been elected to the board of directors of Islandia-based Contractors For Kids, a charity that assists children and their families in times of sickness, injury or death. The East Northport resident is the president of CBFrey Designs, a marketing services company in Holbrook.

    Jennifer Hoffman has been named to the board of trustees of the Long Island chapter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. The East Islip resident serves as a partner for not-for-profit services in accounting firm Grant Thornton's metro New York practice in Melville.
