Eric R. Howell has been named executive vice president, corporate and business development, at Signature Bank in Manhattan. The Lloyd Harbor resident was executive vice president and chief financial officer.

TECHNOLOGY

Cablevision Systems Corp. in Bethpage has announced two promotions.

James Nuzzo has been promoted to senior executive vice president, operations and business planning, and will continue to oversee the teams responsible for financial planning; business intelligence and analytics; and the development, execution and tracking of operating plans for each business within Cablevision; and continue to manage several corporate administrative functions. He was executive vice president, business planning, and lives in Smithtown.

Clifford S. Harris has been appointed senior vice president, law, programming. The Brooklyn resident was vice president, law, programming.

VETERINARY

Eileen Hagerman joins Advanced Animal Care Center in Huntington Station as a licensed veterinary technician. The Huntington resident was executive director at Volunteers for Wildlife in Locust Valley.
