    Joseph Brown, of Centereach, has been promoted to senior vice president, chief merchandising officer at King Kullen Grocery in Bethpage. Previously vice president of sales and merchandising, he will oversee advertising, marketing, pharmacy operations, and all center store merchandising and purchasing. In addition, he will continue his role as co-president of King Kullen's Wild by Nature markets.
