The Firemen's Home of the Firemen's Association of the State of New York, a specialized residential health care facility for retired volunteer firefighters in Hudson, has announced two appointments.

Stephen Goodman, of Great Neck, has been elected to the board of trustees. He is an accountant and has been a volunteer firefighter with the Great Neck Vigilant Fire Company for more than 10 years.

Ted Rosko, of Southampton, has been re-elected as a trustee. He works for the Town of Southampton Highway Department and has been an active member of the North Sea Fire Department for more than 33 years.

ENGINEERING

Richard J. Koller has been promoted to chief operating officer of Criterium Engineers of Maine, the parent company of Criterium-Tauscher Cronacher Professional Engineers, a Baldwin-based company. The Huntington resident will continue in his role as chief operating officer of Criterium-Tauscher Cronacher Professional Engineers.
