Fran Gutleber of Glen Head has been named to the board of directors. She is the founder and owner of Total Fitness Enterprises in Glen Head.

Philip Andrews of Flushing is also a new member of the board of directors. He is president of the Long Island African American Chamber of Commerce in Freeport.

Joanne Robinson of Oceanside has been named managing director. She was ambulatory administrator at Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow.

Kisha Miller of Queens Village has been promoted from supervisor to director of long-term housing. Previously she was home-finding coordinator at New York Foundling Hospital in Manhattan.

Judith Dean of Baldwin has been promoted to director of shelter programs. She coordinated programs at the Rosa Parks INN and was site supervisor for the Partnership with Children, Manhattan.
