Joseph Sais has been promoted to executive vice president, engineering, at SYSTRA in Manhattan. The Dix Hills resident previously served as vice president, construction management/program management.

HEALTH CARE

Dr. James A. Vosswinkel has been appointed chief of the newly formed division of trauma, emergency surgery and surgical critical care at Stony Brook University Hospital. The East Setauket resident previously served as chief of trauma and critical care for the department of surgery.

REAL ESTATE

Debra Petkanas has been named sales manager at Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty and will work out of the Glen Head, Sea Cliff and Old Brookville offices. The Glen Cove resident will perform her new role in addition to her current responsibilities as director of the business development program.

Lucas C. Ingram has been promoted to New York City sales manager at UniFirst in Manhattan. The Levittown resident previously was sales manager for a smaller market in Stratford, Conn.
