Ralph D. Csogi of Huntington has been named president and chief executive of the engineering and construction services firm Greenman-Pedersen in Babylon. With the firm 30 years, he was senior vice president.

LAW

Robert B. Moy of Manhasset has joined Forchelli, Curto, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo & Terrana in Uniondale as partner in the tax, trusts and estates, and corporate units. He was a founding member of Bennett & Moy in Manhattan.

James Garbus of Manhattan has been named chair of the diversity/inclusion committee at Meyer, Suozzi, English & Klein. He works in the city and Garden City offices and will continue as chair of corporate law and co-chair of corporate finance.

HEALTH CARE

Dr. Anthony J. Capizzi of Babylon has been promoted from vice president to president of Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center's medical staff. He has been with the surgery department more than 25 years.
