A Brookhaven hamlet home built in the mid-19th century is filled with historic charm and comes with an attached greenhouse. It is on the market for $569,000.

The greenhouse, which has a brick floor, was likely added years after the home was built, says listing agent Mary Lawrence-Roberts of Eileen A. Green Realty.

The three-bedroom, two-bathroom shingle-style home also comes with fireplaces in both the living room and the eat-in kitchen, as well as a large wraparound porch.

“You can entertain 30 people in the wraparound front porch,” Lawrence-Roberts says.

The upstairs bedrooms have built-in bookshelves, and the living room ceiling features wood beams.
