His name is Bond -- James Bond -- and he just bought a home in Hampton Bays.

But, unlike the fictional spy, this real-life Bond, a retired speech language pathologist who worked for the New York City Department of Education for most of his career, says he's a "low-key kind of person."

This Bond says he prefers the quiet seclusion of his new 1,438-square-foot Hampton Bays home, for which the family recently paid $410,000.

The three-bedroom, two-bath home is on a .81-acre lot and has a separate two-car garage. Inside, the open floor plan includes a great room with a fireplace and a large kitchen with dining area.

A master bedroom and bathroom are on one side of the house; two guest bedrooms and a bath are on the other, with steps to a loft. Double sliding doors lead to the deck.
