"These properties have been in our family for more than 60 years," says William Fantini of Sotheby's International Realty, who is co-listing agent with Thomas Fantini, of Saunders & Associates.

One home, listed for $3.55 million on a half-acre, is a one-story cape with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a pool, as well as a separate studio apartment. It was built in 1946, and it has a fireplace and garden room.

Another home, available on its own for $4.45 million, is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom, 900-square-foot cape on a half-acre with fireplaces in the master bedroom and living room. It comes with a cottage that was built in the late 1940s.
