Fashion designers Mark Badgley and James Mischka have reduced the asking price of their Oyster Bay Cove home by $100,000, according to the real estate listing for the property.

“They’re ready to sell,” says listing agent Kathryn Maxwell Pournaras of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty.

The men behind the Badgley Mischka fashion label are now asking $1.795 million for their Mediterranean-style home, which came on the market earlier this year.

The refurnished four-bedroom, 4 1⁄2-bath house contains ceiling fixtures from the Plaza Hotel, handmade tiles from the Dominican Republic and a wisteria-covered pergola, among other stylish and high-end accents.

Badgley and Mischka bought the home last year, paying $1.289 million.

The 1962 house is on 2.15 acres and comes with beach and mooring rights.
