The Corcoran Group is holding another Hamptons rental expo in Manhattan tomorrow, but this year the landscape has changed.

Rentals are up 70 percent over last year, with several houses already rented for more than a half-million dollars for the season, he says.

Agents will be on hand to show potential customers more than 14,000 listings. The wine-and-cheese event will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on the 12th floor of the firm’s executive offices at 660 Madison Ave.
