Designer Bradley Stephens has put his mark on The Harbor's Edge, the newest development in Sag Harbor. Stephens transformed one of the penthouse units into a luxurious living space incorporating waterfront views as a backdrop.

"It's about luxury and ease -- a chance to live that turnkey lifestyle and not have to deal with the gardener, the pool service, the house manager," says the Manhattan-based decorator, who collaborated on the project with Halstead Properties. "There is such a high bar for living that Hamptons lifestyle and translating that into condominiums."

Stephens brought in contemporary furniture with bespoke, vintage and artisan furnishings and works of local artisans. "We decorated as if someone truly lived there," he says. "A curated mix of furniture that could have been collected over the years."

Two- and three-bedroom units are priced from $2.25 million to $4.1 million. Penthouses range from $5.6 million to $6.25 million.

There are 15 units in total -- two- and three-bedroom loft-like residences and penthouse units with 10-foot ceilings, custom millwork, oak plank hardwood flooring and kitchens with custom cabinetry and high-end appliances. The units also have fireplaces.

There are four elevators in the building and the penthouse units have elevators that open directly into the apartment.

Additional amenities at the complex include a rooftop sundeck, a 50-foot lap pool, a lounge with a wet bar and private terraces. The penthouse units have terraces that open up to the master bedroom, the great room and the guest room.
