Real estate developer Andrew Farkas’ Southampton compound, Hitwood, is on the market for $9.995 million.

There are two houses on this gated bayfront property, which is on a bluff, as well as a guesthouse and two cabanas. The 2.8-acre spread includes a 44-foot heated gunite pool with two spas, a tennis court and an outdoor kitchen, all of which overlook the water and are just steps away from the beach.
