A Bridgehampton home listed for $3.2 million is a former bed-and-breakfast.

The 0.6-acre estate was once the Morning Glory House, says Town & Country Real Estate listing agent Kathleen Conway.

“The residence could be a bed-and-breakfast again with permits from Southampton Town,” Conway says.

Originally built in 1910 as a family home, the 4,239-square-foot building was later renovated to create a more modern look. Crown moldings, a hand-carved staircase and board-and-batten entry were saved while marble baths and a chef’s kitchen were added.

The house now has dark, hardwood floors and a second-floor gym converted from a bedroom. In total, the property includes seven bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.

A bluestone patio surrounds an inground gunite pool in the backyard, while a covered porch embraces the front of the house.
