This East Hampton home comes with green features and a sauna in the master suite. It is on the market for $1.875 million.

The four-bedroom, 2 1⁄2-bathroom home was designed by green architect Bill Chaleff and features include passive solar heating, says listing agent Katie Milligan of The Corcoran Group.

“There are 20 high-quality skylights on the roof that are angled to take full advantage of the winter sun,” Milligan says. “The house is constructed with extensive steel and masonry, which absorb and hold the warmth from the sun. There is also a gas-burning fireplace and a wood-burning stove.”

Each bedroom has a balcony, and the master suite, which is on the same level as the living area, has a Finnish sauna and Jacuzzi.

Outside on the 2.3-acre property is a black, heated gunite pool surrounded by granite and filtered by an ozone filtration system, which Milligan says results in less chemical usage. By the pool is a Brazilian ipe wood yoga deck, and the property also has an organic vegetable garden and a chicken coop.
