After moving to Douglas Elliman from boutique brokerage CORE in May, agents Tom Postilio and Mickey Conlon, who star in HGTV’s “Selling New York,” have made their mark on the Hamptons. A traditional, shingle-style, four-bedroom home in Amagansett they listed this summer recently closed for $2.75 million, $55,000 more than the $2.695 million asking price.
The pair say they decided to move to the larger firm because of its global reach. It also helps that both Postilio and Conlon’s families live on Long Island, they say.
Postilio, a former professional singer, and Conlon, who has produced Broadway shows, also are known for their celebrity clients, including Liza Minnelli and Barry Manilow.
