Homes with wraparound porches gained popularity in the 19th century. No matter how the style may have been tweaked over time, these porches always manage to exude warmth and charm. "A porch is a very inviting feature," says Karen Sharf of Hunt Ashley Group, who is marketing the Sea Cliff Victorian on these pages. The homeowner says, "It's why I bought the house. When I saw this porch, I couldn't believe my eyes. It's my outdoor living room."
