Nearing completion, this eight-room Colonial is being built on a .46-acre parcel in a cul-de-sac. It's part of a 17-lot subdivision, where all homes are constructed with all American-made products, says builder Mark Baisch of Landmark Properties of Suffolk.
This house features an open floor plan with hardwood floors and central air-conditioning. The kitchen is designed with granite countertops and high-hat lighting, while the four bedrooms will have carpeting. There are a total of 2.5 bathrooms.
Amenities include a full basement with an 8-foot ceiling, in-ground sprinklers and a two-car garage.
This is one of two houses still available, says one of the listing agents. The school district is East Moriches. Julie Poidomani and Suzanne Lebohner, Realty Connect USA, Oakdale, 631-881-5957

The master suite has a 500-square-foot walk-in closet. There are four fireplaces, and the house has wintertime water views. Other features include Energy Star appliances and mechanicals, mooring rights and a three-car garage.
