Located along the Main Street strip of storefronts in Amagansett, this frequently busy pub tends to work in an impromptu tandem with the Stephen Talkhouse nightclub located a few blocks away -- sharing a crowd that hops from one inn to the other on many nights. Like the aforementioned 'Talkhouse, it is open year-round and, while best-known for its late-night bar scene, the Tavern serves lunch and dinner from a menu of a salads, wraps and burgers. There are larger American-style entrees, such as steak, seafood and pasta, but in the end this is generally a place enjoyed for an easy meal and an evening out.
