Magazine mogul Jann Wenner sold his share of an East Hampton property for $17.57 million, according to the Long Island Real Estate Report. The house is on 11.59 acres near where Jerry Seinfeld, executive producer of NBC’s new show "The Marriage Ref," resides. The star-studded neighborhood is also home to Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick, Paul McCartney and Alec Baldwin.

Wenner, co-founder and publisher of Rolling Stone magazine and chairman of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Foundation Inc., had shared the property with his wife, Jane Wenner, until the couple separated in 1995, the same year Jann’s relationship with fashion designer Matt Nye became public. Jane Wenner is now the sole owner. She also took ownership in January of Jann’s stake in the Manhattan townhouse they’d shared for $4.06 million, public records show.

When asked about the East Hampton property, Jane Wenner declined to comment. Jann Wenner could not be reached.
