The only problem for people hoping to buy a home with a pool this summer might be deciding exactly which one they want to jump into. The pools that come with the nine houses here include everything from a canal-side setting to a waterfall. Stick a toe in — the water’s fine!

The outdoor pool, with a hot tub and waterfall, features concrete bar stools in the water and an adjacent sunken kitchen, says listing agent Maria Rovegno of Douglas Elliman Real Estate. “You can swim right up and have a drink or cheeseburger,” she adds.

The 20-by-40-foot negative-edge pool and eight-person Jacuzzi overlook the 2.05-acre property, which has views of the Sound in the back and an attached 20-acre sod farm in the front.
