There’s a wide variety of home sizes and styles on Long Island, even at identical asking prices. The latest median closed sales price for Long Island is $368,500, according to the Multiple Listing Service of Long Island. Here’s a look at three houses for sale near that price point and what they have to offer prospective buyers.
