A 3,500-square-foot home in Cutchogue listed for or $1.85 million comes with its own 9-acre vineyard.

The five-bedroom, two-bathroom, and one half-bath house is on 11 acres. The vineyard produces about five or six tons of red grapes annually that the owner sells to a local vineyard, says Amanda Field of Douglas Elliman Real Estate, who is co-listing the property with Scott Bennett.

The home was originally built in 1934, but in 1990 the owners did a complete renovation while making sure to keep the house's old charm.

"There's handcrafted wood everywhere," Field says. The great room has floor-to-ceiling windows, a fireplace, a bar and -- of course -- a wine tasting area.

Outside, there's a three-stall barn with a storage loft where the equipment for taking care of the grapes is housed.
