Marc Anthony is selling the Brookville home where he and ex-wife, Jennifer Lopez, lived until announcing their separation in 2011.
His spokeswoman confirmed that the Dolly Lenz Real Estate listing is for Anthony, 46, Newsday contributor Frank Lovece reports.
The two-house compound, listed for $12 million, includes a recording studio, among other amenities, with six bedrooms in the main home and five in a colonial guesthouse. The property stretches across eight acres.
The 16-room red brick mansion was originally built in 1941 and was restored by designer Thom Filicia. Property records for the address show the owner as Marco Muñiz, Anthony's birth name.
